My role is to develop and maintain custom client support software including training and other tools.
One of the greatest sources of enjoyment at work is seeing people enjoy their jobs more because of software I’ve built
I’m passionate about helping people get consistent, straightforward support without systems hurdles.
The best part about my job is when I make something easy that was considered impossible.
In my spare time, I enjoy food gardening – it’s mindful, calming, and handy if there’s a zombie apocalypse.
My main motivation in life is making a difference to other people.
