I work in the intake space for Resilience Enterprises as well as in the role of Core Behaviour Support Practitioner
My greatest source of enjoyment at work is working within an ethical organisation, alongside a wonderful team, striving to bring positive change to individuals in need.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals, families and teams to understand different behaviours, and their functions, in order to improve the quality of life for those in need.
The best part about my job is the unwavering person-centred focus adopted by Resilience Enterprises is unrivalled in the sector and that is an inspirational thing to be a part of.
