Hi, my name is Cecily! I’m from Cairns.
I’m the Finance and Admin Manager at Resilience Enterprises. My job role involves quality assurance and overview of financial flow and internal HR.
The best part about my job, in finance, is solving complex problems and analysing data to provide meaningful insights.
With HR, the joy comes from connecting with people and shaping organisational culture.
One of the greatest sources of enjoyment at work is the organisational culture and how diverse we are as a team.
My colleagues describe me as calm, reliable, insightful and efficient. My adaptability and attention to detail might stand out as well as my ability to stay focused when tackling a wide range of topics.
The most memorable moments of my career so far are the moments of positive feedback or when the team expresses how much I have helped them stand out, as they enforce the purpose behind my work and remind me of the meaningful impact that I can have.
My hobbies include spending time with family and friends, travelling, cooking, reading a book or watching a good movie.
What motivates me is the opportunity to help others. The chance to be a resource that people can rely on, whether for complex or simple questions, drives me to keep improving and expanding my capabilities.
