I grew up in Ingham and work from Townsville. I have completed a Bachelor in Psychological science and am now studying my Masters in Social Work.
My greatest source of enjoyment in my work is using my psychology background and my lived experience with mental health and disability to normalise the challenges that our clients experience. My passion is in exploring the intersections between trauma, mental health and disability. Disabled or not, we all go through things, and we all have our own ways of learning and being that should be embraced.
My favourite part of my job is seeing our clients achieve lasting and positive change in their lives.
What motivates me? Working to a world where we are all given the space and compassion to grow, no matter what start we get in life.
